What is collected

• Contact form: name, professional email, company, target markets and your question.
• Detailed brief, when you are sent the link: the project information you choose to enter.
• Account, for full Claims Intelligence access: email address and authentication identifier.

Why

To answer your request, to prepare a proposal and to manage an engagement. The legal basis is your consent for the contact form, and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps thereafter. No profiling, no advertising, no sale of data.

How long

Contact requests are kept for three years from the last exchange. Engagement records are kept for the statutory accounting period. Account data is deleted on request.

Who has access

Only the publisher, and the hosting and database providers acting as processors within the European Union. Client data and protocols are never shared with a laboratory, including Kosmoscience, without written consent.

Cookies

No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only the technical storage required to keep you signed in and to remember your language choice.

Your rights
